What SellyPOS does

Know what is on your shelves, and when to reorder it

Stock control keeps the figure on your shelves honest. It shows what each product holds in each location and follows phones by their own codes. Every sale and change is recorded, so you can follow how the number got there.

Updated 3 Nov 2026 · 53 things it does, in 10 sections

Every product and how many you have, in one list you can sort.

This page is for the people who look after the shelves. That means the owner, the store keeper, or the cashier who receives the delivery. Every sale and every change to stock leaves its own trace, so the figure can always be followed back to where it came from.

Here you bring new stock in with its expiry dates and lot numbers. You follow each phone or unit by its own code, and correct a figure with the reason written down. A main product's leftover stock is shared out to its variants, and the till will not sell that product until this is done. You can count the shelves with a scanner or on paper, and keep selling while the count runs.

Stock control works with the sales counter, so the till tells you when stock runs short. The reports and the reorder list show what is running low and what to order from each supplier.

  7. Share a main product's leftover stock out to its variants

A main product can hold stock that none of its variants has yet. Share it out to the variants, or adjust the rest out, and the till sells the product once that is done.
