Order, receive, bill and pay your suppliers without losing track
Purchases and suppliers is where the goods for your shop come in, and where what you owe for them is kept straight. You write the order, record the delivery, enter the bill and pay it, and you can receive phones one code at a time.
Every shop buys stock from someone. This page follows one purchase from the order you write, through the delivery and the supplier's bill, to the payment, in the order you meet each step.
Each supplier has one record with their details, the products they sell and what you last bought them for. Bills, payments and returns are written against that supplier, so their page shows where you stand.
Goods can be written down before they arrive, received against their order, and billed when the paperwork comes. A short delivery leaves the rest of the order open until the goods come in.

Send goods back, or undo an entry made by mistake
A return and an undo are both new records, and the original stays on file, so the history stays honest.
