Set when each product should be reordered, then let the reorder list show what is low and how much to order.
4 things it does
Set when to reorder each product, on the product itself
Open a product and go to its fourth tab. Each location has its own levels, so one place can order differently from another.

Set minimum stock levels for many products in one panel
Set levels opens a panel with a grid of products, and you type each figure yourself: the minimum, the reorder point and the reorder quantity. Pick products from the list with ticks, or search for one that has no levels yet and add it. Save applies the changes together and reports the result for each product. If you press Esc with unsaved changes, the panel asks before it closes.

See what is running low, and how much to order
Each row shows what is on hand, the minimum, the reorder point and a suggested quantity. Search by name or code, or narrow the list with its chips. Print the list or export it, and it is grouped by supplier, with products that have no supplier last. A product with no levels set is not called low, and the page says so.

Order low stock from each product's preferred supplier in one go
Create orders makes a draft order for each supplier, using each product's preferred supplier. It also says which products it could not place, and why. The Reorder list can be filtered to one supplier, so you see only that supplier's low products. For now, a product is ordered only from its preferred supplier.
