Know how your shop is doing, and hear about trouble early
The reports and the dashboard show you what your shop sold, took and lost, using your own records. Alerts point you to stock close to expiry, late credit and a backup that is not set up.
This area is for the owner, the manager and anyone who looks after the shop's numbers at the end of the day. The dashboard opens with the figures an owner needs most, and the reports go as deep as you need, from one day's takings to a month of stock losses.
Reports run over the shop's own records, so they work with no internet connection. Each report says which computers' figures it is up to date with, so you know how far to trust it before you act. Click a row and the page for that record opens, so you can check it where it lives.
Alerts sit beside the reports. Each one opens the page it is about and shows only what it counted, so you can deal with it at once and leave the rest of the shop alone.
