Finish the sale, print the receipt and look back

When the last payment is in, the receipt prints or is sent and the next sale starts. Later, you can find an old sale and print a copy of its receipt.

The completion step offers Print receipt beside the other choices. With no printer attached, the choice says No printer attached and cannot be used, so you know before you press.

The next sale can start while a receipt prints. If the printer is off, the sale is still kept and the screen says the receipt did not print.

Your sale receipt can spell out the total in words

The receipt and its reprint carry a line that spells the total in words. The words come from the same amount as the figures, so they agree.

Give the customer a full-page invoice, printed or on WhatsApp

At the end of the sale you choose the full-page invoice, to print it or to send it on WhatsApp as a PDF or a picture.

A sale that is finished twice is recorded only once

The till knows it is the same sale. A second press gives back the first result: one sale, one number, the stock goes down once, and the day's figures are right.

If a sale does not go through, your cart stays as it was

The items stay in the cart. The message says plainly that the sale did not complete, so you know where you stand.

Press Enter and the till is ready for the next customer

Press Enter once the receipt is printed or sent, and a new sale starts. The cursor is already in the scan box, so the next item goes in as soon as you scan it.

See what is left on a voucher after each sale that uses it

Each voucher a sale uses is shown with its value, what this sale takes, what is left and when it ends. The receipt and the invoice show the same figures.

A reprinted receipt uses the design your shop uses today

The copy is drawn again from the sale, in the design you use now, and it is marked COPY. It shows the same figures, tax and number as the first print.

A reprint of an older receipt is marked as a duplicate. The record shows who reprinted it and when, and a reprint of a voided sale is marked VOID.

Any past sale opens on its own page with the figures it was saved with. You print its receipt again as a copy marked as a duplicate, and the sale cannot be changed.
