Add items to the cart and change them

A scan, a typed name or an item that is not in your products each has its own way into the cart. You can change or undo any line before you finish the sale.

14 things it does

A scanned product goes into the sale without an extra press

A scanned code that matches a product exactly is added to the sale without an Enter press. A sound confirms a good scan, and a different sound tells you a scan has failed.

In every edition

Scan a packet and it is added, with no question to answer

Each scan adds one to the cart, and the till goes straight back to the scan box. You never answer a question for an item sold one at a time.

In every edition

Type the weight or the money, and the other figure fills in

The product's line opens a box for the weight, with the money beside it. Type either figure, and the other one fills in, so the price follows the weight.

In every edition
Loose goods are sold by weight, and the cart shows the kilos and the money for each line.

Type a shirt's name and the till asks which size or colour you mean

The till lists the sizes and colours of that product, with what is left of each one. The cashier presses the number beside the right one, and it goes into the cart.

Basic and Professional
The counter asks which variant you mean and shows what is in stock for each.

A product whose sizes cannot be sold is refused, and the cart stays as it was

The till refuses that product and leaves the cart exactly as it was. No empty list appears, and the items already in the cart stay where they are.

Basic and Professional

Scan an unknown item and add it without losing your sale

A prompt offers to search, to create the product from its name, price, unit and the scanned code, or to attach the code to a product you already have. Your cart stays as it was.

In every edition

Sell an item that is not in your products, priced and counted in pieces

You type what it is, its price and how many pieces. It goes on the sale as its own line, and it changes no stock and carries no tax.

In every edition

Save an item you sold by hand as a product for next time

Tick one box and the sale still records the item as an other item. A product with its name and price is made for next time.

In every edition

Turn off selling items outside your products for the whole shop

One switch on the point-of-sale settings turns the feature off for the whole shop. You decide which roles may still use it.

Basic and Professional

Scan the same product again and it can add to one line

Identical products can share one line, so the cart stays short and easy to check. Lines that differ in price, discount, batch, serial or note stay apart, so nothing is mixed up.

In every edition

The till asks how much when you sell a loose product

The till asks how much is wanted, and the price is worked out for that amount. The line in the sale then shows the price for what the customer takes.

In every edition

Change a line's quantity from the keyboard, then press End for payment

The plus and minus signs on the keyboard change the selected line's quantity, and End goes straight to payment. Your hands can stay on the keyboard from the first item to the last payment.

In every edition

Change or take off any line in the cart as you go

Each line has its own minus, plus and remove controls. Take a line down to zero and it leaves the cart, and every change can be undone.

In every edition

Undo a mistake in the cart before the sale is finished

Undo steps back through up to twenty cart actions, including clearing the whole cart, and the cart comes back as it was.
