Reports shows each approval: who asked, who approved or refused, and what it was for. It also shows sign-ins, wrong PINs, lock-outs and screen locks, by person and by computer.

A locked-out sign-in stays locked, even after an older backup is restored

The lock is kept on this computer, not in the data a restore replaces. Restoring an older backup does not unlock a user who is locked out here.
