Choose products to bulk edit by brand, category or supplier
Several choices add together into one set, so one edit can cover a brand and a delivery. The chosen products open on one sheet.
Basic and Professional -
Bulk edit products on one sheet: prices, names and stock together
The product column stays in view as you scroll, and rows are striped so you can follow one across. Type into each column you are allowed to change, and edit stock in the same grid. The sheet never creates a new product or variant.
Basic and Professional -
Bulk edit products with variants: shared details copy down, prices stay per variant
A value you type on the product row reaches its variants only for the columns they have in common, such as category, brand, unit, status and tax group. The sale price and stock differ between variants, so on the product row they are read-only, and you change them on each variant. A sheet never creates a product or a variant.
Basic and Professional -
Paste a column of prices from a spreadsheet into many products
A paste never creates a new product or a new row, so a long list cannot grow by accident.
Basic and Professional -
Update prices in bulk by a percentage, held at the MRP by default
You can set a price, raise or lower it by a percentage or an amount, or set a markup on cost. Next, round the result to 1, 5 or 10, or make it end in 9, and choose the direction of the rounding. Nothing is saved until you press Review and save.
Basic and Professional -
See each old and new value before a bulk change is saved
You can filter the list to check one brand or one product. If someone else changed the same field while you were editing, Review shows a conflict, and you choose to put your value in or keep theirs. All the changes are saved together or not at all, so a half-finished edit never reaches the shop.
Basic and Professional -
Your unsaved bulk edit changes are offered back after a restart
As you work, your unsaved changes are written to a file kept for your user on this computer. If the program closes, they are offered back the next time you open Bulk edit. Every value is read again when you press Review and save, before anything is written.
Basic and Professional -
Undo a bulk change you saved by mistake, for 24 hours
The undo puts back the old value of each product in that edit. Each stock change in the edit is reversed by a new stock document that names the original. Nothing is edited or deleted, so the history stays as it was. If your stock limit does not cover the reversal, you are told that an Owner or Manager must undo the edit.
