SellyPOS for shops in Pakistan
Offline-first point of sale for shops in Pakistan: rupees written the local way, credit customers, selling through power cuts, and a free edition.
SellyPOS is built in Gujrat for Pakistani shops first. It assumes what every shopkeeper here already knows: the power will go, the internet will drop, and the queue will not wait.
Made for power cuts
Every sale is saved on the counter computer before the receipt prints, and nothing at the counter needs the internet. When the power comes back, every sale made before it went is still there.
Credit customers, kept simple
Basic and Professional keep a running balance for every customer who buys on credit: the amount owed goes up with each credit sale and down with each payment, and you can see at a glance who owes what.
Payments Pakistani customers use
Cash comes first, but you can add the other ways your customers pay, such as JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer or card, as payment methods of their own, so the day’s totals show each one separately.
From grocery stores to garment shops
Sell loose goods by weight, keep batches and expiry dates for medicines and packaged food, and hold a sale while a customer fetches one more thing. Start with Lite, free for ever, and move up when the shop grows.

Tax and invoicing
SellyPOS records your NTN at setup. It does not decide how tax applies to your business: tax rates are settings you enter, and you remain responsible for your returns. FBR digital invoicing is planned as a monthly add-on for Basic and Professional, designed so that a sale never waits for FBR: invoices queue and are sent when the connection allows. Until then, SellyPOS does not submit invoices to FBR.

Questions people ask
Does SellyPOS work without internet?
Yes. Selling never needs a connection: every sale is saved on the computer's own disk before the receipt prints, so a dropped connection, a power cut or a crash does not lose it. You need internet once, to sign in with Google and set up your shop, and from time to time to check your licence and updates.
Can I sell on credit?
Yes, in Basic and Professional. Each customer has a running balance: credit sales add to it, payments they bring in reduce it, and you can see who owes what at any time.
Does SellyPOS submit invoices to FBR?
Not yet. FBR digital invoicing is planned as a monthly add-on for Basic and Professional. It is designed so that a sale never waits for FBR: invoices queue and are sent when the connection allows.
Which currency are prices in?
Pakistani rupees in Pakistan and US dollars everywhere else. The pricing page shows the current prices and any offer that is running.
