The Backup page shows where things stand. You can press Back up now when you like. The daily backup goes to a folder you choose, for now a folder on this computer. The history lists each attempt, including the ones that failed. The backups are not locked with a password, so keep the folder where only you can open it.

Each backup is checked straight after it is made
When a backup is made, SellyPOS checks it straight away. The check covers whether the copy is whole and whether it could be put back. The check does not disturb your live data. A backup that does not pass is shown as not verified, so you know not to rely on it.

SellyPOS makes a backup of the shop once a day, without you starting it. The history lists each backup with its date, its size and whether it passed the check. You can look back through the history to find the backup you want.
